Consent is sexy, and so is having the right documentation to keep your account active. Proper consent is not only important—it's a legal requirement for any content you post on any platform. So, here are the many ways you can document consent on Fansly.
COLLABORATING WITH INTEGRITY
When creating content with others, both the vibe and the legalities need to sync. To make documenting consent easier, Fansly now has dedicated Co-Performers section in your Creator Dashboard where you can manage collaborators, submit documentation, and track approvals all in one place. 📌 Already submitted consent through the old email process? Don’t worry. Any previously approved or pending consent submissions remain valid. This new process only applies to new consent requests moving forward. The fastest and easiest way to document consent is by sending an on-site request to another verified Fansly creator.
1️⃣ Go to Creator Dashboard > Co-Performers 2️⃣ Click Add Co-Performer and select Request an On-Site Fansly Creator.
3️⃣ Send the request directly through Fansly
4️⃣ Once accepted, they'll appear in your Co-Performers dashboard and you'll be able to collaborate moving forward.
This replaces the previous workflow of using creator tags as proof of consent. While older tagged collaborations remain valid, we recommend using on-site requests for all new collaborations. If your collaborator isn't on Fansly, you have two options:
🔹Invite them using a secure verification link, allowing them to verify their identity and electronically sign consent documents without creating a Fansly account.
🔹 Add them manually through the Co-Performers dashboard and upload the required documentation yourself.
For Manual Submissions, you'll need:
✅ A signed Fansly consent form.
✅ A clear photo of their government-issued ID.
✅ A clear photo of their signed and legible consent form.
✅ A photo of them holding their ID next to the signed consent form.
📌 Alabama creators: State law requires all consent forms to be notarized. Use the Alabama Consent Form with a notary section to stay compliant.
Once submitted, our Compliance team will review the documentation. Please wait for approval before posting any content featuring that individual.

THE HOW AND WHY OF REPOSTING
On Fansly, reposting lets you share another creator's content while giving them full credit, helping their work get the recognition it deserves without needing a consent form. Just hit the repost icon on the original post, and it'll appear on your timeline and be linked back to the creator. But if you want to re-upload content, you'll need a signed consent form from all parties involved. This ensures everyone's on the same page and their rights are protected.

Your content is your currency, so let's protect it. Watermarking is your first defense against unauthorized sharing, acting as a deterrent and helping you track down leaks if they happen. If your content gets stolen, contact us immediately. Send us a detailed report, and our in-house DMCA team will handle the rest, taking down leaks and safeguarding your work. REDACTING CONSENT
Change of heart? No problem. Redacting consent on Fansly is straightforward. Whether you're withdrawing consent yourself or need to remove someone else's content, contact the involved parties, fill out the Fansly Revocation of Consent Form, and submit it to compliance@fansly.com. Transparency with your fans about any content changes keeps your relationship with them honest and respectful.
