DAILY VS MONTHLY VIEWS

When looking at the last 7 days’ statistics, each day’s data represents a total for that specific day. To compare this to a monthly view, remember that the 7-day view shows four data points per day. To align this with monthly data, multiply the daily views from the 7-day statistics by 4. This gives you a rough estimate of the monthly equivalent based on a more condensed time frame.

HOURLY VIEWS

For an even shorter duration, like the last 24 hours, each hour’s view counts individually. To estimate what this would translate to over a full day, multiply each hour’s view by 24. This calculation provides a rough total that simulates a day’s worth of engagement, allowing you to approximate and compare it against longer periods like a week or a month.

Using this method ensures you’re making apples-to-apples comparisons without misinterpreting spikes or drops in your stats. Creators often face confusion when the numbers fluctuate unexpectedly. Understanding these calculations will clarify these changes and help set realistic expectations.
